Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026
Unity SEO Ltd ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Unity SEO Ltd, 143 Wilks Farm Drive, Sprowston, Norwich, NR7 8RQ. Email: info@unityseo.co.uk. Phone: 07771 723144. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
- Enquiry form data — name, business name, email, phone number, website, and your message, when you submit our contact or audit-request forms.
- Analytics data — anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, approximate location, device type). See "Cookies and analytics" below.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or deliver your requested audit (lawful basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (lawful basis: consent, via analytics).
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it for anything beyond responding to you and improving this site.
Processors
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (EU-based) solely to deliver your enquiry to our inbox. Analytics are processed by Google LLC under its data processing terms.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. GA4 sets cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block these via your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site or contact us.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, unless you become a client (in which case contractual retention applies) or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@unityseo.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged on this page.
